I am not sure how true the story is but I heard at one point Ft. Frederick State Park was being sued by somebody who got bit by a snake. He was complaining that the park lacked warning signs that dangerous animals like snakes might be in the woods. No idea how it turned out or if it was real but I immediately accepted it as real because we all know stupider stuff happens and the idiots win. I was very pleased therefor to see this disclaimer for the Nelson Rocks Preserve which says everything that needs to be said. Sadly I doubt it would help if some yokel decided to sue them.
