December 27th: Today in 1904 the play Peter Pan debuted in London, based on part of part of a book called The Little White Bird. After the massive success of the play the author, James Barrie, pulled out the Peter Pan sections of the book and released them as Peter and Wendy in 1911, now it is simply published as Peter Pan.
