(No alcohol involved to my knowledge.) She'd gotten lost in Bowie, I think. She was talking to him on her cel when she got into an accident and died. I felt the same torn emotions of "get the Hell off the phone" and horror at both the loss of the woman's life and the burden the boyfriend would forever carry.
