Tea Fanciers
J.L. Bell at Boston 1775 has a good post for all you tea fanciers out there dealing with a question that I as a soda drinker would have never considered, what sort of tea was it that they dumped into Boston Harbor during the Boston Tea Party?

Back when Matthew’s sister Emily lived in Chestertown, we would hang out with her during the steamy afternoon of the Chestertown Tea Party.
I suggested we commemorate the event by flushing her tea down the toilet.
She did not like the idea at all. You would think, as a history professor, she would have more enthusiasm for reenactment!
