Security Doesn’t Have To Mean Nonsense

This sort of thing pisses me off. I am getting tired of petty bureaucrats using 9/11 as an excuse for their over eager power plays. If you have a government building that really does need to be secret, put it out in Fort Meade or some other base that you really can control the access to. I am no ‘there is no danger’ fool. I live in the DC area, I know there is danger. Simply put we can be alert without being idiots. Not every document needs to be stamped ’secret’, not every building needs special photography rules. The more nonsense security rules there are out there the more likely we will ignore the real security rules that matter. Keep calm and carry on.
