		<description>Wonderful, thank you!  Some of us have done Roman cooking with the Legio XX group.  I remember one guy was making real garum with fish, salt and a buried crock, rather than the anchovy method.  Anchovy paste was another cheat.  :-)

My leeks are a bit skinny this year due to the dry summer, but good to know I have more options for them!</description>
