You gotta give better warning, Brett. I laughed so hard my boss stuck his head in my office. (Not really a problem, he got a good laugh too.) We ditched Comcast 2 years ago. Went over to StarPower. Unfortunately, they aren’t much better. Digital channels come and go, customer complaint phone line has an hour wait and you finally get hooked up to a guy who “thinks” the “engineers” are aware of the problem. (Love them quotes!) Now thinking of going over to Verizon FIOS but having my copper cut (I have local phone and DSL internet over copper right now, never a problem) scares me a bit.
