Where Is The Chinese Fortune Cookie Really From?
Where is the Chinese fortune cookie really from? Not from China but from Japan apparently. Neat story, apparently became popular during the Second World War so I can see why the Japanese history of it was quietly forgotten.

I can’t imagine any restaurant that would like to warn customers of potential rat problems. Indeed, instead of how happy the restaurants were to welcome the pig (a menu item) there could be a publicity problem with this year.
Plus I happen to know some really cute Rats!
