After killing Steve Irwin in 2006 the Stingray apparently liked its moment in the killer animal spotlight and struck today killing a woman in Florida. Apparently it didn’t use its stinger, it just knocked the woman over and she hit her head on the boat. The woman’s death is an unfortunate tragedy, but I have to take points from the stingray in the Summer of Fear campaign as the story reads more like an accident than a savage animal attack.
