Ok the best of the year for a newspaper column again goes to Dave Barry for his summary of 2008. It is frightening how much accurate this article is than any of the other summaries you will read. My only hope is that if there is some sort of apocalypse that only Dave Barry summaries survive to provide the history of the last twenty years or so.
