Today I stumbled into the middle of the war on drugs. I take Advil Cold and Sinus to supplement my allergy medicine and to keep the sinus headaches down. Unfortunetly it isn’t available in the UK, which perhaps should have been foreshadowing, so I buy it when I am in the US. I tend to buy big boxes of it, sometimes two or three big boxes as it has to last me quite awhile. While I have been living in the UK methamphetamines have become a big hit here in the US. Apparently you can boil down drugs with sudafed in them as part of making the methamphetamines. This has led to Tennessee putting a massive restriction on sales which will prevent me from stocking up as I usually do. Tennessee used to lead the league in methamphetamine lab busts. This leaves me as another walking wounded in the war on drugs.
