While 30 stitches is sort of nasty, I know from other sources that the Dragons have a truly terrible cocktail of bacteria in their mouths. Their usual method of predation is to bite something and then wait a few days for it to succumb to the infection(s). I think this guy may be in for several courses of antibiotics at least.
