I was talking to some people yesterday about my preference for science based on science, rather than superstition or hunches. My two favorite sites on the topic are Bad Science and Science Based Medicine, but there are plenty of other good ones out there. Below the cut is a Youtube film about an emergency room running on non-science based medicine that I found to to be pretty accurate.
