Rich is being able to buy your own Hawaiian Island. Hawaii is not cheap and while I am sure he worked a good deal this was no easy land grab, this was real money. I never made it to Lanai but I have flown over it many times and is not a tiny little put a house on it island, it is pretty big. A great place to wait out the zombies if you are filthy rich.
