		<description>Jenkins' claim that "petroleum not consumed by Prius owners is not 'saved.'" is completely false. Sure, the physical gallons of gas at your local station will be consumed by someone else, but the gas not consumed by the Prius has reduced the demand. While this may be hard to see with one vehicle, with a whole fleet of fuel-efficient vehicles, the effect is multiplied.</description>
