February 7th: Today in 1940 Pinocchio was released telling the heartwarming story of a south american dictator who becomes a real boy…. Dangit, wrong movie. Pinocchio is the heartwarming story of the puppet who becomes a real boy. Anyway, this is probably my favorite Disney film, so it was no suprise to read that when it came out it didn’t do so well. Did well over the years though, so my taste isn’t all bad.
