The English have decided that enough is enough and the embarassment of being part of the best Fark Headline Ever has gotten them to move to zero tolerence enforcement. Well, zero tolerence enforcement of cheese puff littering by innocuous and unlikely to protest mothers anyway. Next week expect a big crackdown on harmless looking jaywalkers.
