God Save Us From Ignorance
Senator Ted Stevens explains the Internet. The other day I was explaining to my son that the Senate is smaller and elected to longer terms so that it can act as the more deliberative body of the Congress. Now I just feel dirty.

I read the “Explanation” to Charley. He says “That man is not qualified to have an opinion.” and “A politician who expresses an opinion on computers is obviously unqualified, since if he knew anything about them, he could get a better job.”
