Taxpayers: These are the people who feel that they pay taxes for the whole road; by god they are going to use the whole road. They ride down the middle of two lanes blocking both, but getting full value for the money they paid in taxes to pay for the road. I am personally willing to give them a couple of dollars as a refund if it will get them the hell out of the middle of the road.
