Nasty things! We've had them in the eaves of our house a couple of times. Each time they managed to work their way into the house (into our living spaces). It really upset Chris when he got stung, not so much because of the pain but because he had been watching some kids show on TV where all the bugs were friendly and he didn't understand what he had done to make the "bee" dislike him. Had to have them taken out professionally.
