Huge Japanese Sub found off of Oahu in Hawaii

A research sub has found the remains of Japan’s WWII sub, the I-401. Built as an aircraft carrier to attack the Panama Canal it was captured at sea after the war and eventually scuttled. The drawings in the article show the size difference between this sub and the others of the period. It was HUGE!
